Quarterly

• Inspect gutters and downpipes — clear leaves and debris
• Check first-flush diverters drain after each rain

Annually

• Inspect inlet screens and replace if damaged
• Clear any biofilm from overflow and air vents
• Test water quality (full suite)
• Check sediment depth at base of tank

Every 3–5 years

• Drain and clean tank interior
• Replace any UV or filtration cartridges
